Artists Wanted: Canton Festival of the Arts
May 2 & 3, 2020, 10 am- 5 pm
Historic Downtown Canton GA
The 17th Annual Canton Festival of the Arts is presented by the Cherokee Arts Center in beautiful historic downtown Canton, Georgia attracting nearly 6,000 guests. The festival features the Artist Market, the Makers Market, the Canton Chalk Spot, food and entertainment. The festival location provides additional opportunities to stroll the downtown shops and boutiques or dine in one of the many restaurants. 

The City of Canton is the county seat for Cherokee County which has earned the title of one of the fastest-growing counties in the Atlanta region. It is located 40 miles north of Atlanta and 30 minutes south of the Blue Ridge Mountains. The festival is a fund raiser for the Cherokee Arts Center which promotes and funds arts, artists and art education to create a vibrant arts community.

* Artist amenities include: 10X10 foot booth spaces with plenty of space for storage, all-day Friday & Saturday load-in, convenient artist parking, booth sitters

Cost:
Jury/application fee - $25.00
10x10 booth space - $150.00 (NOTE: price correction)
10x20 booth space - $300.00 (NOTE: price correction)

Application:

Cherokee Arts Center: Is dedicated to enrich the quality of life by promoting, developing and coordinating excellence in the Arts. This non-profit organization is housed in the re purposed Methodist Episcopal Church which was built in 1842 and offers classes and gallery shows and seating for 200+ in the theater.

Promoter: Carolyn Morris and the Creative Event Specialists staff have been selected to manage and produce the festival on behalf of the Cherokee Arts Center. The CES team has over 40 years experience in event production.
